THE BLUEPRINT

The Foundation of the Methodology

Since 2015, Julia Saar has dedicated her work to understanding how lasting transformation occurs in the human brain.

Through years of coaching and cognitive development, Julia explored the practical application of neuroplasticity and belief transformation. This gave her a deep understanding of the cognitive mechanisms that drive learning, behavior, and sustainable change.

This work became the foundation for the educational methodology she would spend the next five years developing.

Phase 1: The First 120  - The Awakening

Rather than asking how to teach English better, Julia began asking a different question:

Why were so many children unable to learn in the first place?

To explore that question, she implemented a four-month intervention with an entire grade of 120 students in a public school. The intervention was designed around one principle: aligning learning with how the brain naturally processes and retains information.

What began as a classroom intervention quickly revealed something much larger.

The challenge was not confined to one grade or one school. It reflected a growing educational crisis, intensified by COVID-19 and existing system-level gaps that traditional approaches were no longer able to address.

As the intervention progressed, a clear pattern emerged. Many students were missing the fundamental cognitive structures needed for successful learning, including:

  • Consistent memory training.

  • An architecture for sustained focus.

  • A structured system the brain could follow.

The intervention demonstrated that the children were not the problem. The missing piece was an educational system aligned with how the brain naturally learns.

By the end of the four months, 100 of the 120 students achieved 100% on their examinations.

This was the Awakening.

It marked the moment Julia realized the solution could not be found by improving the existing system. It required building an entirely new one.

Phase 2: The Parallel Infrastructure: Expansion Academy

To build a functional system capable of reversing the educational collapse, Julia established Expansion Academy. It became the environment where the methodology could be continuously developed, refined, and validated. Here, the English curriculum was re-engineered into a high-speed learning system designed to help students close critical learning gaps at a pace the traditional system had not been able to achieve.

As the Academy became a center of excellence, a harsh reality emerged: while it successfully served the top 10–20% of families who could access private education, the remaining 80%, and most of the nation's children, were still being left behind.

Julia realized she was holding a working solution that could not remain contained within the Academy while a generation of children was being left without a real solution.

Driven by the scale of the problem, Julia expanded beyond the Academy to reach the broader student population while continuing to operate Expansion Academy as the core environment for developing the methodology. During this time, she brought the methodology into the Deputy Mayor's NGO Education Center while simultaneously working directly within public schools to help students close critical learning gaps.

It was during this time that Julia proved two non-negotiable principles:

First, the methodology produces consistent results across different environments.

Second, parents are not the problem; they are the solution.

She engineered and refined a communication and support infrastructure that brought together children, teachers, and parents, creating a system that continued to support progress beyond the intervention itself. This infrastructure is now being utilized in her most significant project to date: a complete school turnaround from Grades 3 to 6, designed to reverse the academic collapse.

Following the events of October 7, as the education system faced further disruption, Julia continued operating across all three environments; the Academy, the Deputy Mayor's NGO Education Center, and public schools, maintaining consistency for students throughout the instability.

This work has resulted in over 1,000 documented transformations over the past four and a half years, with an additional 300 students currently participating in the full-school turnaround project, scheduled for completion in January 2027.

The National Recovery Model

The last five years did not produce a single educational program. They produced a complete implementation model capable of reversing the English education crisis at scale.

The model is built on two complementary infrastructures:

Expansion Academy: The home of the methodology and the center for complete English mastery and cognitive development. Through neuroscience, neuroplasticity, NLP, creativity, filmmaking, speaking, and diverse learning experiences, Expansion Academy develops confident, independent learners while supporting children with ADHD, dyslexia, and diverse learning profiles. It is where children build the cognitive foundation required for long-term academic success.

I AM THE SHIFT (NGO in Registration): The national implementation movement.

Created in response to Israel's growing human capital crisis, I AM THE SHIFT exists to address the root cause of the English education collapse: literacy.

Without the ability to read, every pathway to English is closed. Grammar, vocabulary, writing, speaking, academic achievement, higher education, career opportunities, and participation in a global economy all begin with literacy.

Its mission is to deliver foundational English literacy intervention through the public education system, ensuring every child has the foundation required to progress in English and preventing another generation from being left behind.

Together, these two infrastructures create a complete national recovery model—one developing complete English mastery and cognitive growth, the other ensuring every child has the literacy foundation needed for that journey to begin.

The Final Mission: The Blueprint

We are not just closing gaps; we are future-proofing our children. The last five years have made it clear that a fragile system is not enough. We must build a foundation that supports our children through any crisis.

These children are the future leaders and the backbone of this nation. They have nothing to do with politics, yet they carry the weight of the future.

If their foundation collapses, the nation's future pays the price.

The solution exists. The infrastructure is built. This is the Blueprint.

The time is now.

Together, We Are The Shift
