TURNAROUND PROGRAM

What We Do:

Reading Program - 3 Months
We help children learn to read from zero to fluent within three months. Whether a child is missing basic letters or struggling to connect sounds, we pull them out of the classroom for focused instruction until they become confident, fluent readers. At the same time, we partner closely with the classroom teacher to support the rest of the class in improving their reading skills, so the whole classroom moves forward together.

Grammar Program - 4 Months
After reading fluency is achieved, 5th-grade students advance to a focused grammar phase lasting four months. Classes are split in half to create smaller groups and a high-potential learning environment that meets each student's needs. This phase covers every grammar rule required for the full school year, closing all gaps and preparing students completely for the next grade.

 

Teacher Training & Leadership

Throughout the entire program, teachers receive ongoing training and coaching designed specifically to address their most difficult challenges. This includes:

• Practical skills to support reading and close vocabulary gaps

• Strategies to better manage classrooms and maintain control

• NLP-based coaching to support leadership development

• Tools to sustain long-term change even after the program ends

 

By working in strong cooperation with teachers, we achieve results that seem far from logical, empowering teachers to lead with confidence while we build lasting progress in classrooms.

 

Parent & Child Support

Parents receive coaching grounded in the science of learning to understand exactly how to support their children at home during the program and beyond. This includes:

• Access to a dedicated WhatsApp support group for continuous encouragement and guidance

• Multiple seminars throughout the year that boost parents’ ability to emotionally and academically assist their children

• A connected, supportive community where parents, teachers, and students unite as one big, caring family

 

This full circle of support keeps the transformation active at school and at home.
