Neuro-English™ is a neuroscience-based school implementation system designed to reverse English reading failure where it starts. Students with little or no English reading ability become independent readers, while classroom teachers learn to deliver the methodology themselves - allowing schools to confidently continue their English curriculum with strong reading foundations in place.

The Challenge

Across many schools, students move from one grade to the next without developing the reading skills needed to access the English curriculum. Teachers are left trying to teach students with vastly different ability levels, while parents want to help but often don't know how.

Despite everyone's best efforts, the same literacy gaps continue to grow because reading, teaching, and home support are rarely connected into one coordinated approach.

The Solution

Neuro-English™ brings together the four forces essential to a child's success: students, English teachers, parents, and our dedicated specialists. Each plays a defined role in helping every child become an independent English reader.

Rather than offering another short-term intervention, we work directly inside your school, training English teachers, partnering with families, and building the knowledge and structure schools need to continue closing English literacy gaps independently.

Neuro-English™ is delivered through a 20-week school implementation, followed by six months of guided reinforcement to help schools sustain and build on the results independently.

IMPLEMENTATION ROADMAP

Phase 1 | School Preparation

Before implementation begins, we prepare every part of the school for a successful launch.

Leadership & Implementation Planning

School leadership planning
Timetable and implementation scheduling
Teacher onboarding
Student assessments
Parent orientation seminars

Outcome: Every student, teacher, parent, and school leader understands the implementation plan before Day One.

Phase 3 | Neuro-English™ Teacher Development & Certification

Runs throughout the 20-week implementation

Throughout the implementation, English teachers take part in the Neuro-English™ Teacher Development & Certification Program, combining live classroom experience with weekly coaching and mentoring from Julia Saar.

Teachers receive:

Weekly coaching and implementation guidance with Julia Saar
The science of learning and reading development
The Neuro-English™ reading methodology
Classroom leadership and behaviour strategies
Practical classroom tools and learning activities
Guided classroom practice and feedback
Ongoing mentoring and support
Neuro-English™ Teacher Certification

Outcome: English teachers are certified to confidently deliver the Neuro-English™ reading methodology independently in their own classrooms.

Phase 4 | Ongoing School Support

6 Months

Following the 20-week implementation, English teachers lead the Neuro-English™ methodology independently while continuing to receive guidance and support throughout the school year.

Schools receive:

Continued student practice through the Neuro-English™ AI Platform
Teacher access to monitor student progress and guided home practice
Monthly coaching and implementation check-ins with Julia Saar
Ongoing support whenever needed
Continued learning and reinforcement during school holidays and throughout the summer
The ability to continue implementing the methodology with future Grade 3 cohorts and, where needed, use it to help close literacy gaps in older grades

Outcome: Schools continue strengthening English literacy with trained English teachers leading the methodology independently, supported by the Neuro-English™ AI Platform and ongoing expert guidance.
