TURNING COLLAPSE INTO EXPANSION

Uniting schools, teachers, parents, and communities to reverse Israel's English literacy crisis through neuroscience-based implementation, teacher development, and parent partnership.

Julia Saar is the founder of I AM THE SHIFT, the creator of Neuro-English™, and the founder of Expansion Academy.

Over the past five years, Julia has worked directly inside public schools, alongside teachers, parents, and students, developing and validating a neuroscience-based implementation system designed to reverse the English literacy crisis at its source.

Her work has reached more than 1,000 students across public schools, community programs, and Expansion Academy, and is currently being implemented through a full-school turnaround involving approximately 300 students in Rosh HaAyin.

What began as a search to understand why so many children were falling behind became something much bigger. Julia discovered that the greatest barrier was not a lack of commitment from teachers, parents, or schools; it was the absence of a coordinated system that united them around how children learn best.

That discovery became the foundation of both Neuro-English™ and I AM THE SHIFT.

Today, Julia's mission is to help communities reverse the English literacy crisis by bringing together neuroscience, teachers, parents, schools, and community leadership to rebuild the educational foundation of the next generation.

Our mission is to turn collapse into expansion.

Education shapes the future of every child and the future of our nation.

Today, Israel's English education gap has become a national human capital challenge. Too many children are leaving school without the foundational literacy needed to access higher education, meaningful careers, and the opportunities that follow.

For five years, we have worked directly inside classrooms, alongside teachers, parents, and students to understand why.

One conclusion became undeniable.

The problem is no longer a lack of answers.

The problem is that no one can reverse a national human capital crisis alone.

That is why I AM THE SHIFT exists.

A national human capital crisis demands more than isolated efforts.

It demands that teachers, parents, schools, communities, and leaders come together around the future of our children. Every one of us has a role to play.

Only by working together can we create the kind of change no individual, no school, and no organization could ever achieve alone.

Together, We Are The Shift.
