Today, Israel's English education crisis has become a national human capital challenge. Too many children are leaving school without the literacy skills needed to access higher education, meaningful careers, and the opportunities that follow.

For five years, we have worked inside classrooms, alongside teachers, with parents, and directly with children to understand why.

​

One conclusion became undeniable.

The problem is no longer knowing what needs to change.

The problem is making change happen.

That is why I AM THE SHIFT exists.
